Industry Mourns a Loss

The maritime industry lost an innovator this weekend with the passing of Lester Rosenblatt, one of the founders of M. Rosenblatt & Sons. Mr. Rosenblatt was 83.
Rosenblatt served as a past president of SNAME and was a recipient of various maritime distinctions and honors.
M. Rosenblatt & Sons was founded in 1947 by Mandell and Lester Rosenblatt, and was acquired by AMSEC in 2000.
