DHS Release Maritime Infrastructure Recovery Plan

The US Department of Homeland Security released the 63-page Maritime Infrastructure Recovery Plan. The plan provides a standardized procedure for restoration of maritime transportation systems following an incident of national significance. It includes an exercise plan to maintain a level of preparedness within the maritime community. Source: HK Law
