Zodiac Introduces Trade in Program

February 11, 2009

Zodiac of North America, Inc., manufacturer of inflatable boats and rigid-hull inflatable boats (RIBs), announced a trade-in program for Avon and Zodiac jet-tenders in an effort to move the marketplace toward the more environmentally-friendly four-stroke models.

"Our new four-stroke jet-tenders represent the latest technology, which in addition to maintaining their spirited performance, are also more in tune with today's environmentally-savvy customer," Gary Durnan, Vice President, Zodiac of North America, said. "We needed a way to entice our existing jet-tender customers to upgrade their old two-stroke technology to our modern jets, so we developed the Jet Set 5000 trade-in program."

The trade-in program, Jet Set 5000, guarantees owners of Avon and Zodiac jet-tenders $5,000 for their trade to upgrade to a new four-stroke model. Sight unseen, jet-tender owners can take their existing Zodiac or Avon jet-tender to their nearest Zodiac dealer and know it's worth five thousand dollars. They can also visit www.ZodiacProjets.com for new model information before visiting their dealer.
