Hong Kong Investigates Collision

The Hong Kong Marine Department issued a press release reporting that the Director of Marine has ordered an investigation into the circumstances
surrounding the collision of the Singapore registered KOTA HADIAH and a Hong Kong dredger. Seven crewmembers of the dredger are missing.
