Kawasaki Kisen Pleads Guilty to Price Fixing

Japanese shipping company Kawasaki Kisen Kaisha will pay a $67.7 million fine and plead guilty to participating in a conspiracy to fix prices and rig bids to internationally ship cargo that included cars and trucks, the U.S. Justice Department said on Friday.
