KCI Konecranes, APM Terminals Sign Deal

APM Terminals has signed a deal with KCI Konecranes for four RTGs (Rubber Tired Gantry cranes) for their Yokohama container terminal in Japan. This is the first order for a port terminal in Japan for KCI Konecranes. The cranes are due for delivery in August 2006. The order was received in the fourth quarter of 2005.
APM Terminals is the third largest container terminal operator in the world, with interest in more than 35 ports worldwide. The Yokohama container terminal is located 25 km southwest of Tokyo.
