Evoqua Water Technologies has confirmed the launch of a compact version of its SeaCURE ballast water management system (BWMS) at shipping and marine trade show Posidonia on June 6, 2016.

The compact SeaCURE BWMS, which will be on display at Posidonia, has been developed by Evoqua as a direct result of customer demand for a smaller solution that can be easily installed across a range of vessels.

With a footprint of 5.7m² for a 3,000m/3  flow rate, this newly arranged SeaCURE system is a more compact solution for ship owners and operators where vessel space is at a premium. Easily transportable to port as one unit, the arrangement is simple to install, and can be assembled offsite to shorten build time on board.
