Radio Holland Group announced that as of Jan. 15 2009, the business of Seacoast Electronics and Radio Holland USA was fully merged into a single company. Seacoast became part of the Radio Holland Group organization in 2007. Since then, the cooperation between Radio Holland USA and Seacoast has become intensive, synergies have been identified and applied, and now the time has come to fully team up and become one organization.
