Bureau Veritas has acquired ATL Consulting Group, a U.K.-based engineering and management consulting group, which specializes in asset management, maintenance, integrity, performance and compliance.
The acquisition, which will enable Bureau Veritas to broaden its asset management client base in the U.K., will focus on the building of a global consulting organization in the oil, gas, process and utility markets.
Both Geoff Baker and Roger Smith, ATL's founding directors, will continue to lead the company while working closely other Bureau Veritas businesses.
