Roland C. Mower who has helped bring billions of dollars in business investment and supported the creation of thousands of jobs in Texas will be Port San Antonio's next President and CEO. A business veteran who for more than 25 years has led efforts to attract and grow multi-million dollar industrial and advanced technology projects in Texas and elsewhere in the U.S. Roland Mower will begin his new leadership role on September 29. He succeeds Bruce E. Miller, who has served in that role since 2002 and announced his retirement last January.
