Bergen, Norway – May 20, 2014 – A newly established research center on Norway’s west coast hopes to improve subsea operation and maintenance by bringing risk management into real time. Now traversing the Northwest Passage, the Ocean Watch crew - four professional sailors, a scientist and an educator - recently completed the deployment of three NOAA Global Drifter Program buoys.
