Elements of the Coast Guard Sub-Station (CGSS) Calumpang continues searching for a 17-year old fisherman who was reported missing by his companion in Balud, Calumpang, Masbate last Tuesday, January 7. The fisherman identified as Daryl Suicon, a resident of Barangay Panampangon, Milagros, Masbate, was reportedly fishing with a companion at the vicinity waters off Ubo, Balud when the incident occurred. Upon receiving the report, CGSS Calumpang conducted Search and Rescue (SAR) Operation for Suicon onboard M/Bca Hanz AJ together with some relatives of the victim but yielded negative result.
