Following the completion on April 16 of the listing of Royal P&O Nedlloyd on the Euronext stock market in Amsterdam, the company nominated David Robbie (40) as Chief Financial Officer and a member of the Board of Royal P&O Nedlloyd. It will be proposed that the AGM will appoint Mr Robbie on May 6, with his appointment taking effect from May 10. Robbie was CFO of CMG plc until January 2003, where he was instrumental in delivering the merger of Logica and CMG. Before this, he was at Invensys plc (and formerly BTR plc), where he was Vice President, Corporate Finance. Robbie qualified as a chartered accountant with KPMG and is a graduate of St Andrews University.
