Called the Norsafe CARE Plan, the three levels of service agreement have been designed to suit clients with varying maintenance requirements and budgets. CARE Basic offers a flexible on-demand service solution ensuring equipment meets all SOLAS requirements as well as fixed pricing levels for maintenance checks in major international ports.

Leading lifeboat manufacturer and service provider Schat-Harding says more shipowners are opting to enter into long-term service agreements in order to ensure priority service for the lifeboats, davits and hooks on their vessels.
