Northrop Grumman Corporation's Electronic Systems sector has appointed Martin P. Simoni site director of its electronics integration facility located on Baltimore, Md. The Ocean Springs organization, part of the Advanced Naval Platforms group within Electronic Systems, designs, integrates and tests ship electronic systems and primarily serves the Gulf Coast shipbuilding industry as a ship electronic systems integrator.
