French shipping line CMA CGM Group has launched "SERENITY by CMA CGM", an innovative offering to deal with unforeseen events during freight transport. This new offering is part of CMA CGM’s "Customer Centricity" strategy, which puts customers at the center of the Group’s development. CMA CGM Launches Container Tracking App

The CMA CGM Group announced the launch of its first mobile application offering a follow-up solution and real time data collecting on the container’s position, the upcoming vessels departures and other services by CMA CGM. The application is available on the App Store and Google Play in five languages (English, French, Spanish, German and Chinese). CMA CGM Enhances Investment in Startup TRAXENS

The CMA CGM Group has contributed to the TRAXENS startup capital increase. Two other investment funds – CAAP Création (Crédit Agricole Group) and S.C.R. Provençale et Corse (BPPC Group) – are also part of the initiative. This capital increase will be dedicated to financing new research and development programs, as well as industrialization. With 90% of the world’s commercial products being carried by sea, maritime transport is the main mode of transportation. CMA CGM said the capital increase will be dedicated to financing new research and development programs, as well as industrialization.
