A man believed to be suffering symptoms from a heart attack was medevaced from a tugboat Thursday morning. A U.S. Coast Guard helicopter crew from Air Station Traverse City, Mich., hoisted the man suffering chest pains from tug Joyce L. Vanenkevort. Weather conditions also diverted the helicopter crew from its original destination of Sturgeon Bay Airport, but the crew arrived safely at Ephraim-Fish Creek Airport in Ephraim, Wisc., where emergency medical crews were waiting.
