N-Sea Completes Inaugural System Diving Scope

Inspection, maintenance and repair (IMR) specialist N-Sea has recently completed its inaugural diving scope with the TUP Diving System (Transfer Under Pressure). The diving scope involved x-mas tree assistance with the deployment of the TUP Diving System for client ONE (Oranje-Nassau Energie) on its project, L6 Diving Services, at the location L6D in the North Sea. For this project, N-Sea stationed the closed bell system on the Jack-Up rig, Paragon C46-1, between July and September.

DSV Chartered by N-SEA, Wide Range of IMR Devices Fitted

N-SEA charters  DP2 DSV 'Northern River' from Serco’s Marine Services for the 2013 season, equipped for its expansion in the subsea IMR market. N-SEA will install a compliment of ROV's onboard including a high powered WROV and 2 SubAtlantic Mohican Inspection class ROV’s and will also mobilise a full survey suite and a TUP Diving System to cover the multitude of operations throughout the coming season. The DPII DSV Northern River has an excellent track record and has proven to be an ideal platform for IMR and subsea construction activities and will be a welcome addition to the N-Sea fleet alongside the Noordhoek Pathfinder.
