Odfjell has appointed Mr. Terje Iversen as new SVP/CFO for Odfjell SE. He will start in this position not later than 1 September.   Mr. Iversen is currently employed by the maritime industrial company Bergen Group ASA as CFO.   Odfjell's present CFO, Haakon Ringdal, is appointed Executive Vice President in Odfjell SE. In accordance with his employment contract Terje Storeng (59) has elected to resign from his position as President/CEO of Odfjell SE, effective as from the Annual General Meeting on 3 May 2009. The Board of Directors has appointed Haakon Ringdal(54) as new President/CEO as from same date. Haakon Ringdal joined Odfjell in 2001 and holds the position as Chief Financial Officer of Odfjell SE.  (www.odfjell.com)
