Chief of Naval Operations (CNO) Adm. Gary Roughead speaks in honor of the Vice Adm. James Bond Stockdale awardees, Cmdrs. Frank J. Olmo and Craig A. Clapperton at the Hall of Heroes inside the Pentagon. The Vice Admiral Stockdale Leadership Award is named after James B. Stockdale, who was credited with having a naval career that symbolized the excellence of leadership.
