Scheepswerf Gebr. Kooiman BV informs it has received a contract to widen a mussel dredger by 60cm on both sides. The vessel, NOR 204 Andrea Norddeich was built in 1977 by Schifs- & Bootswerft Lübbe Voss, Westerende-Kirchlog. Prior to the widening, the ship’s dimensions were 34,2m x 6m , having a draft of 1,86m and she measured 118GT/191 DWT. The vessel is owned by shipping company Christoffers in Norden-Norddeich, Duitsland. The widening of the ship with 2 x 60cm will be performed over the entire length of the vessel.
