FSL Trust Management Pte. Ltd. (FSLTM), as trustee-manager of First Ship Lease Trust (FSL Trust), announced the appointment of Mr. Simon Davidson and Mr. Timothy James Reid to its Board of Directors. Simon Davidson joins the Board of FSLTM as independent and non-executive director. He is a partner at Holman Fenwick Willan in Singapore and has practiced in the areas of shipping, commodity and other litigation in the High Court in London, the High Court in Hong Kong and in arbitration in London, Hong Kong, Singapore and numerous other jurisdictions over a period of nearly three decades.
