Signal International Announces Semisubmersible Contract

Signal International has been awarded a contract for the repair and upgrade of the Transocean semisubmersible rig, HENRY GOODRICH. The project is slated to commence early December 2011 at Signal’s east yard facility in Pascagoula, Mississippi, for a seventy-day out-of-service time frame. The scope of work includes overall repairs, upgrades and refurbishments of the rig. In addition to the removal, renewal and replacement of major equipment; Signal will also be upgrading the crew accommodations, expanding the lifeboat capacity, and renewing the coatings and piping. With prefabrication work underway, the project will enable Signal to employ an additional 300 craft personnel at the yard during peak production.

Algae-X Technology Now Available in Greece

Algae-X International announces its distribution agreement with Sun Sea Service. Based in Athens, Sun Sea Service is a sales and service center for several engine manufacturers including Volvo Penta, Yanmar and Perkins. McDermott International Announces 3Q Results

McDermott International, Inc. (NYSE:MDR) reported net income of $140.4m, or $0.61 per diluted share, for the 2007 third quarter, compared to net income of $102.7m, or $0.45 per diluted share, for the corresponding period in 2006. Weighted average common shares outstanding on a fully diluted basis were approximately 228.9 million and 228.3 million in the quarters ended September 30, 2007 and September 30, 2006, respectively. For 2006, the Company's common shares outstanding and earnings per share are adjusted to reflect the 2-for-1 stock split effected in September 2007. McDermott's revenues in the third quarter of 2007 were $1,324.0m, compared to $1,118.3m in the corresponding period in 2006.

Superior Offshore International Announces 1Q Results

Superior Offshore International, Inc. , a leading provider of subsea construction and commercial diving services on the outer continental shelf of the Gulf of Mexico, announced operating results for the quarter ended March 31, 2007. The Company reported total revenues of $54.3 million for the first quarter of 2007, compared with revenues of $49.4 million in the prior year's first quarter, an increase of 10 percent. Revenues for the first quarter of 2007 exceeded the estimate included in the Company's Prospectus relating to its initial public offering completed on April 25, 2007.

Royal Caribbean to Expand Operations in Asia in 2007

Royal Caribbean International announces its return to Asia in December 2007. The Vision-class ship, featuring the line’s rock-climbing wall and indoor glass walls, will offer a series of cruises out of Singapore, Hong Kong and Shanghai, visiting exotic ports of call in Thailand, Vietnam, Malaysia, Korea, Japan, and Taiwan. Rhapsody of the Seas will debut December 10, 2007, in Singapore offering a series of sailings that will call on Malaysia and Thailand. The ship’s Asia tour continues on from Hong Kong, where she will arrive in time for the Chinese New Year holiday season, offering a series of itineraries calling at ports in Taiwan, Japan, and Sanya, Hainan Island. Then moving to Shanghai, China, Rhapsody will call on ports in Japan and Korea.

Oceaneering International Announces Award of Navy Contract

Oceaneering International, Inc. announced the award of a one year contract with four option years for the Dry Deck Shelter (DDS) Planning Yard services to provide design, engineering, technical and logistic support. This contract was competitively procured by the Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) Deep Submergence Program Office PMS 395.

Sea Tow International Announces Alliance with StarMD

Sea Tow Services International, Inc., has formed an alliance with StarMD, LLC to provide direct, accredited medical assistance to recreational boaters who may experience a medical emergency while out at sea. As part of the exclusive agreement, Sea Tow members will be offered immediate 24-hour a day access to StarMD’s trained emergency medical physicians at a significantly reduced price. Effective immediately, Sea Tow members will have the opportunity to access the Maritime Emergency Response Program, established in 2002 between StarMD and The University of Pittsburgh’s Medical Center (UPMC) that puts boaters in immediate contact with a board certified emergency medicine physician at UPMC in the event of an emergency.
