Sea-Fit, Inc., announced that it has just completed an extensive effort to improve and reformulate its socketing resin product, Socket Lock. This has been a joint effort with ITW Polymer Technologies and the process has taken nearly 18 months to complete. The new product has improved grip performance and has undergone static, dynamic and shock load testing. In addition, improvements were made to the formulation to increase the product’s stability and toughness. The resin and hardener are now innovatively packaged in environmentally sealed foil packs.
