Halter Marine Expands Existing Expertise
In conjunction with its current deepwater production system expansion, such as FSO to FPSO conversion and the construction of new floating production systems, Halter Marine has elected Joe W. Key, as vice president, engineering development.
Key, who brings more than 30 years of offshore engineering and project management experience, will work on concept vetting, and product research and development.
