The Coast Guard Cutter Resolute works near the "City at Sea" at the site of the BP oil spill Tuesday afternoon. The Resolute, a medium-endurance cutter based in St. Petersburg, Fla., is serving as search-and-rescue, plane, and hurricane guard for the largest oil spill response in U.S. history.
