CaroTrans, a global NVOCC (non-vessel operating common carrier) and ocean freight consolidator, has announced adoption of CargoSmart’s Japan AFR (advanced filing rules) management solution to effectively address Japan’s new compliance requirement which goes into effect March 10th with no grace period.
