The Neva-2005 International Shipping, Shipbuilding, Ports and Offshore Energy Exhibition opened in St. Petersburg on Monday. It is held for the eighth time under the auspices of the Maritime Board under the Russian government and under the patronage of the city’s Maritime Assembly. The exhibition organisers have attracted over 500 companies from 40 countries to participate in the event. A number of countries, including Russia will display their national expositions and industry groups.
