American independently owned oceangoing petroleum barge company, Bouchard Transportation, has promoted Captain Robert W. Glas to Vice-President of Regulatory Affairs. Captain Glas will interact with regulatory committees and trade organizations on behalf of Bouchard Transportation Co, Inc., reporting directly to the Executive Vice President, Michael S. Brady. Captain Glas has been with Bouchard Transportation Co., Inc. for a total of 22 years and most recently the company’s Director of Compliance.

Bouchard III, President/CEO. “Mike Brady has proven to be an outstanding leader in HSSE, maintenance, repair and customer service,” said Morton S.
