The take-over places Monaco Marine closer to its clients by extending the company's network of five shipyards and consolidates its presence in the PACA (Provence Alpes Côte d'Azur) region on the Mediterranean coast. Antibes Marine Chantier (better known as Chantier Tréhard) repairs and refits superyachts up to 42m (138ft), and has a total turnover of €7m. The yard will continue its operations, whilst benefiting from the quick qualification of its site for the ISO 9000 standards in accordance with the Monaco Marine processes.
