The New Alliance Marine Training Center (NAMTC) has joined the Transas Global ECDIS Training Network (GET-Net), and shipping companies can now benefit from an ECDIS training from the first Transas GET-Net partner in China. The New Alliance Marine Training Center was established in Wuhan, China in April 2009 with main objectives to provide training services for shipowners and operators and help Chinese seafarers in improving their competence to meet the requirements of the global maritime market.
