Mexican Navy Delegation Visits NSSA

The U.S. Navy reported that its Norfolk Ship Support Activity (NSSA) welcomed the Mexican Navy Delegation to Building CEP-200, Naval Station Norfolk, Aug. 21 for a visit to demonstrate how one of the Navy's Regional Maintenance Centers (RMC) operates. Divers Replace USS Taylor CPP Hub, Avoid Dry-Docking

The Controllable Pitch Propeller (CPP) Hub of the 'USS Taylor' (FFG 50) was replaced underwater in Souda Bay, Greece, the warship having earlier suffered significant damage to its propeller blades while underway in the Black Sea, apprises Norfolk Ship Support Activity (NSSA).
