The CMA CGM Group announced the upgrade of its Oceania - U.S. services with the launch of the PAD 2 service, as from the beginning of March 2014. The group said PAD 2 will complement the existing fortnightly PAD 1 service and provide CMA CGM with improved coverage of the Oceania to U.S. trade. Using its global service network, the CMA CGM Group will be able to provide weekly services to and from Australia and New Zealand, Central and South America, the Caribbean, North America (USEC) and Canada. CMA CGM will also offer the fastest direct transit times from Australia and New Zealand to all U.S.
