Seanergy Maritime Prices $ 15 mi Offering

Seanergy Maritime Holdings Corp. announced today the pricing of its $15 million public offering of 10,000,000 common shares and class A warrants, at a combined price to the public of $1.50 per common share and class A warrant. The offering is expected to close on or about December 13, 2016. The Company estimates that the net proceeds from the offering, after deducting the underwriting discount and offering expenses, will be approximately $13,380,000. The net proceeds of the offering are expected to be used for debt repayment, vessel acquisitions in accordance with the Company’s growth strategy and general corporate purposes. Maxim Group LLC is acting as sole manager for the offering.

Hunter Maritime Acquisition Launches IPO

Hunter Maritime Acquisition Corp. announced the commencement of its initial public offering of 15,000,000 units at a price of $10.00 per unit. Each unit consists of one Class A common share of the company and one-half of one warrant, each whole warrant entitling the holder thereof to purchase one Class A common share of the company. The company will grant the underwriters a 45-day option to purchase up to 2,250,000 additional units. The units are expected to be listed on the NASDAQ Capital Market (“NASDAQ”) and trade under the ticker symbol “HUNTU”. Once the securities composing the units begin separate trading, the Class A common shares and warrants are expected to be listed and trade on NASDAQ under the symbols “HUNT” and “HUNTW,” respectively.

GasLog Partners Announce Closing of its IPO

GasLog Partners LP, an international owner, operator and manager of LNG carriers, today announced the closing of its initial public offering of 9,660,000 common units representing limited partner interests (the “common units”), including 1,260,000 common units issued upon the exercise in full by the underwriters of their option to purchase additional units. The public offering price was $21.00 per common unit. The net proceeds from the offering, after deducting underwriting discounts and other offering expenses, were approximately $186 million. The proceeds from the offering were used principally to reduce indebtedness and for general partnership purposes, with the remainder distributed to GasLog Ltd. (“GasLog”) (NYSE:GLOG).

Safe Bulkers' Stock Offering May Fund New-buildings

Greek dry-bulk ship owners Safe Bulkers, Inc. plans to offer 5,000,000 shares of its common stock to the public. The Company plans to use the net proceeds of the Public Offering and Private Placement for vessel acquisitions, capital expenditures and for other general corporate purposes, which may include repayment of indebtedness. In connection with the Public Offering, the Company intends to grant the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to 750,000 additional shares of Common Stock.

Tsakos Energy Navigation Closes $50 Million Offering

Tsakos Energy Navigation Limited (TEN), a product, crude and LNG tanker operator, has  announced the closing of its $50 million offering of 8 7/8% Series C Cumulative Redeemable Perpetual Preferred Shares in a public offering under its effective shelf registration statement at $25.00 per share. The company has also granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to $7.5 million of additional Series C Preferred Shares. TEN intends to use the net proceeds from the offering for general corporate purposes, which may include making vessel acquisitions or investments. TEN intends to list the Series C Preferred Shares on the New York Stock Exchange. UBS Investment Bank and Morgan Stanley acted as joint bookrunners for the offering. Jefferies acted as lead manager for the offering.

International Shipping Corp Public Share Offering

US-based International Shipholding Corporation (NYSE: ISH) plans to offer shares of its Series B Cumulative Redeemable Perpetual Preferred Stock in an underwritten registered public offering. ISH intends to use the net proceeds from the offering for working capital and other general corporate purposes, including using a substantial portion of the funds to repay certain indebtedness and to finance certain vessel investment costs. Upon completion of the offering, ISH intends to file an application to list the Series B Preferred Shares on the New York Stock Exchange. Incapital LLC, DNB Markets, Inc., Sterne, Agee & Leach, Inc., Regions Securities LLC and Euro Pacific Capital Inc. will underwrite the offering.

Intelsat Commences Proposed IPO

Intelsat S.A. (formerly known as Intelsat Global Holdings S.A.) announced the pricing of its initial public offering of 19,323,672 common shares at a price of $18.00 per share and concurrent public offering of 3,000,000 Series A mandatory convertible junior non-voting preferred shares (the “Series A preferred shares”) at a price of $50.00 per share. On the mandatory conversion date, May 1, 2016, each Series A preferred share, unless previously converted, will automatically convert into common shares. The Series A preferred shares will have a 5.75% dividend rate and a liquidation preference of $50.00 per share. The Company has granted the underwriters in the initial public offering of common shares a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 2,898,550 common shares.

Dresser-Rand Prices IPO

Dresser-Rand Group Inc. has priced its initial public offering of 27,000,000 shares of common stock at $21.00 per share. All of the shares are being offered by Dresser-Rand Group Inc. Morgan Stanley & Co. Incorporated and Citigroup Global Markets Inc. are serving as joint book-running managers of the offering.
