Rutter Releases Sigma S6 V9.2.0

Rutter Inc. has released the latest update to the Rutter sigma S6 product line, version 9.2.0. This new version is being released for general availability this week. Raytheon Anschütz Unveils New Navigation Radar

On opening day of SMM, the German navigation system manufacturer Raytheon Anschütz officially launched the newly developed NautoScan NX network radar transceivers, the centerpiece of its next generation Synapsis Radar system. The new NautoScan NX transceivers generate raw radar video, which is distributed via Gigabit LAN. VTS Goes Mobile with C-Scope

Kongsberg Norcontrol IT (KNC) will this June integrate its advanced C-Scope Web and Mobile Application module into the Norwegian Coastal Administration’s C-Scope Vessel Traffic Service (VTS) systems. The agreement for the C-Scope Mobile Applications, which will provide live VTS information on mobile devices, was signed on May 5, 2014. The C-Scope Mobile Applications were ordered under the VTS Framework contract established in February 2013 between the Norwegian Coastal Administration (NCA) and KNC.

Transas VTS System Launched in Taiwan

The long construction works of the port of Ho-Ping (Taiwan) development have been concluded with the successful launch of Transas VTS system there. The project has been implemented by Transas Marine Pacific in cooperation with their Taiwanese agent, Seven Seas Electronic.The new VTS system in Ho-Ping gives significant advantages to the industrial port as it makes it compliant with the VTS IMO/IALA regulations, improves port management system and essentially increases navigational safety in the area.
