The ship management agreement cements a deal between the companies, with Wallem delivering technical and crew management to nine PCTCs from its Singapore base. Wallem broadened its ship management business to Singapore in 2013, complementing the company’s existing ship agency services in the city state, providing an attractive option for ship owners looking for access to Singapore’s maritime business advantages.
