The National Transportation Safety Board will hold a public Board meeting Tuesday, March 7 in Washington, D.C. There are two items on the agenda. a pontoon water taxi with two crewmen and 23 passengers on board, was traversing Baltimore Harbor when it encountered a rapidly developing storm with high winds.
