Dr. Hooper comes to us as the publisher of NextNavy.com, a widely-read national security-oriented website. He has a PhD from Harvard University and is the co-founder of New Pacific Institute, a national security think-tank. His experience also includes work as a lecturer at the Naval Postgraduate School, School of International Graduate Studies, Department of National Security Affairs.
