Massachusetts Governor Approves Two Offshore LNG Terminals

The Governor of Massachusetts, Mitt Romney, has approved two offshore LNG terminals. The Northeast Gateway and Neptune projects are to be sited in federal waters approximately 13 and 7 miles south-southeast of Gloucester. Federal licenses for these projects have not yet been granted.
