A U.S. Coast Guard MH-60 Jayhawk helicopter air crew from Air Station Clearwater medevaced the 55-year-old man from the 550-foot liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) carrier Gaschem Stade, and brought him to Tampa General Hospital.
