The National Boating Safety Advisory Council (NBSAC) and its subcommittees, sponsored by the U.S. Coast Guard, will meet in San Mateo,
California on October 27-29, 2002. The purpose of the meetings are to review issues related to review of boating safety regulations, boats and
associated equipment, aftermarket marine equipment, and prevention through people.
