MERPAC to Meet in April

The Merchant Marine Personnel Advisory Committee and its working groups, sponsored by the U.S. Coast Guard, will meet in Easton, Md. on April 9 and 10, 2002. Items on the agenda include utilization of military sea service and training for merchant marine licenses, manning on vessels engaged in domestic service, and updating ARPA and radar observer training.
