Antitrust Modernization Commission Meeting

The Antitrust Modernization Commission (AMC) will hold a public meeting in Washington, DC on December 5. The meeting will cover potential recommendations to Congress and the Administration regarding antitrust issues. One of the issues under consideration by the AMC is the current antitrust immunity afforded the liner trade under the Shipping Act of 1984. (HK Law)
