Navy RoRo Contract Modification Awarded to AOM
In the latest listing of US Department of Defense, Navy, contracts American Overseas Marine (AOM) LLC, Quincy, Mass., is being awarded a US$32,668,153 modification under a previously awarded firm-fixed price contract (N00033-10-C-5300) to exercise a one-year option period for the operation and maintenance of 7 large, medium-speed, roll-on/roll-off ships. These seven ships support the deployed military forces world-wide.
Work will be performed world-wide at sea and is expected to be completed by April 2015.
Working capital contract funds in the amount of $14,616,880 are being obligated at the time of award.
Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year.
