MTSNAC To Meet in August

The Marine Transportation System National Advisory Council (MTSNAC), sponsored by the Secretary of Transportation, will meet in Long Beach, Calif., on August 13 and 14, 2002. Items on the agenda include SEA-21 and related issues.
