MTS National Advisory Council to Meet in NY
The Marine Transportation System (MTS) National Advisory Council, sponsored by the Secretary of Transportation, will meet in New York on November 14 and 15, 2002. Items on the agenda include review the Council's Team Reports and its SEA-21 proposal.
