Norilsk Nickel to Start Loading Cargo Again

Norilsk Nickel reportedly expects to restart loading cargo ships after a seasonal halt of its main export outlet, the Arctic , caused by flooding, according to a Reuters report. normally interrupts loading of nickel, copper and cobalt bound for export markets and focuses on its refineries on the northwestern at the end of May, when ice breaks on the river where Dudinka is located.
