Norway's Bergen Group Appoint CFO

Henning Nordgulen has been appointed Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of shipbuilders & offshore service providers Bergen Group ASA.

Bergen CEO Asle Solheim said he was very pleased that Nordgulen had accepted the engagement: “Mr. Nordgulen has a comprehensive background from leading positions in finance, shipping and industry. His extensive network and solid knowledge will be a strong contribution to the ongoing process of further development of the group”

Henning Nordgulen (48) has for the last seven years been Director of the corporate division and a member of the corporate management team in Sparebanken Vest. Previously, he has held positions as Manging Director in Rikett AS and Finance Manager in Kristian Gerhard Jebsen Shippping Company.

Mr. Nordgulen’s international management experience also includes a five year stay in London as Assistant Vice President Finance & Corporate in Gearbulk (UK) Limited. He is a graduate from the Norwegian Business School and from the International Institute for Management Development in Switzerland (IMD). He lives with his family in Bergen.
