Oceanwide Expands Into Denmark

Oceanwide, an international employment agency in the maritime field, signed an agreement to acquire Haraship Manning Aps of Denmark. The new subsidiary will start operating under the name Oceanwide Haraship Denmark Aps.

Haraship Manning Aps is a crewing company based in Frederikshavn, Denmark; focusing on fishing and short sea shipping within Denmark as well as having a business interest and network in Faroe Islands, Greenland and Iceland. The existing office staff of 2 people - managing director Gilli Haraldsen (former owner) and operations manager Niels Maindal - will remain responsible for the daily operation of the new subsidiary.
