President Nominates Loy

The White House issued a press release stating that, among other things, President Bush has officially nominated James Loy to be the Under Secretary of Transportation for Security. Loy, who was formerly the Commandant, U.S. Coast Guard, has been the Acting Under Secretary since John Magaw resigned. Source: HK Law
